This large Folder is made by Canadian maker Wally Hayes. It was made for the Canadian Knife Makers Guild 2014. It is a sole authorship custom hand made knife. The Frame is made out of 416 Stainless Steel, the Bolsters are made out of Nickel Damascus. The Blade is out of Damascus made from left over Damascus from a charity project for the Fireman of NYC. The blade has steel in it from the world trade center.
The steel was given to Wally Hayes by Capt. Greg Gargiso. The engraving is called "Demons and Ghosts". It is done in the tattoo style of Horioshi  III.
A very large, cool piece.
