Here is an INCREDIBLE Art Piece by knife maker Jose De Braga. This magnificent piece is just unbelievable! It is better if I let him explain it. Alien Hunter Like the Predator  ,  " Alien hunter "  were inspired from their respective eponymous  source featured on the big screen … I had great pleasure and fun creating and  carving all of them …  More than 600 hrs   of the work , carving, texturing , engraving , totalizing about 90% of the project  was done using hand held tools .. The 22"  ATS 34 blade  got 3 Timascus inlay and the sword  feature   an overall length of 32 inch … The 24 Kt Gold plated Tsuba , habaki , Fushi, were carved, textures and  polished in solid Bronze …   Wax carving of Alien Head came   back from casting with a weight of 95 Gr. of  9.25 Silver  …The alien silver skull got  damascus  engraving on forehead to match the wings . Wings and front handle appliqués also in  9.25 silver. All Silver elements  got  a black oxidized treatment . Handle material   is   Ebony … On the handle  ,   a small star Diopside cabochon stone was set  on  the belly  black pearl inlay .   On top handle 1 oval inlay of black pearl , one  garnet  cabochon and a triangular shaped inlay  made of Timascus The overall finish of  scabbard is similar to the Predator  just to keep it in the family .. Scabbard is  made of Maple wood ,  lined with red velvet ,  stained   antique brown and black . Appliqués and or  inlays of Ebony , Copper , Bronze and silver . Some spots with glow in the dark pigment  plus some details where treated with  titanium pigment  charged enamel … A  small star Diopside cabochon stone is set on the circular black stained  carved  symbol  near the mouth of scabbard ...  That's about it …! WOW!!!
